Matapos ng ilang buwang
pag-hahanap ng trabaho, I finally found one. September 3, 2007 was my first
day; I met new friends and I was able to see what’s inside the call center
operations and how it looks like. As expected first topic was about basic
Grammar, US History, American culture and the other things which are all about
the US. During training, we’re all speaking in English; it was my first time to
experience “NOSE BLEED.” There were questions raised that answered the differences
between inbound and outbound call centers. This time, I learned that we’re
going to do an outbound selling offering a website building services.
Ilang araw palang kaming nasa
kanilang finished product o website.
After hearing that information,
together with my co-trainees, we applied to a different company in Robinsons
Equitable Tower in Ortigas. The same recruitment process: initial interview,
exams and final interview. This time, I am more comfortable and confident
during the whole process. Because of that, I was able to pass everything and
the next day, I signed a contract with that company. For the first time, I
signed a 16 pages paper.
