It’s been few weeks now from the
day I submitted my resignation to my previous employer. I am still waiting for
my final pay from them, sayang din yun. Bilang isang responsableng mamamayan
Common Call Center Questions:
1 Tell
me about yourself.
2 Why
did you leave your last job?
3 Why
call center?
4 What
is you short and long term goal?
5 What
are your weaknesses?
6 How
to do you provide excellent customer service?
7 Who
do you see yourself after 5 years from now?
8 How
would you describe the color blue to a blind person?
9 Do
you have any question for me?
No need to have an American
accent; spontaneity and thought organization are both important during the
interview. Since you are applying for a front liner position, like customer
service representative and technical support representative, communication skills
is important. Interviewer measures the ability of the applicant to convey
his/her point in English language; so be HONEST, be natural and be yourself! Impress
the interviewer with your ability!
